TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TWIZZA ME HOME

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Participation in this promotion constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate. These terms apply to all participants in the Twizza Me Home Promotion on the official Twizza Facebook page.

1. COMPETITION DETAILS:

• The competition is called “Twizza Me Home” and is promoted by Twizza (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. 2012/221184/07), registered in South Africa at 1 Arkwright Street, Komani Industrial Park, Komani 5319.
• The competition runs from 3 March 2025 to 17 April 2025, with winners announced on 17 April 2025.
• The competition is open to South African citizens and legal residents over the age of 18, possessing a valid South African ID or necessary residency permits.
• Employees, directors, agents, consultants, and their immediate family members associated with Twizza (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates may not participate.
• Each participant may only win once during the competition period.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must:

• Ensure their entry is submitted via the pinned post on the official Twizza Facebook page and follows the correct mechanics:
  • Sharing the post onto their Facebook stories.
  • Commenting with a picture of themselves enjoying a Twizza.
  • Telling us where home is and what memories they look forward to making there.
  • Tagging a friend.

3. PRIZES:

• Grand Prize: A travel booking to and from a selected location within South Africa for the winner and their chosen partner before 30 September 2025.
• Winners will be drawn at random, with all valid entries that followed the correct entry mechanics having an equal chance to win.

4. WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION:

• Entries will be audited to ensure compliance.
• Winners will be contacted via direct message on Facebook.
• Winners must respond within 24 hours, providing a valid contact number, South African ID, and any necessary verification.
• If incorrect details are provided or verification is not completed, the prize may be forfeited.

5. PRIZE FULFILMENT:

• Grand Prize Winner:
  • Twizza’s contact center will coordinate all travel according to the dates and destinations provided by the winner(s).
  • Twizza shall not be liable for any errors in the dates provided by the winner(s) and will not cover the cost of any date changes, alterations, or related expenses.
  • Travel arrangements will be determined at Twizza’s discretion, including but not limited to flights, bus, or other suitable transportation.
  • The winner is responsible for getting themselves to the designated departure point for their chosen mode of transport.
  • Winners will receive a share of R100,000 in travel bookings, with a maximum cap of R10,000 per winner.
  • Twizza will arrange and pay directly for the travel bookings to and from a selected location within South Africa for the winner and their chosen partner.
  • This does not guarantee a specific cash amount to any winner, nor will any funds be transferred to the winner.
  • Should an individual winner’s travel costs amount to less than R10,000, Twizza reserves the right to select additional winners at its discretion.

6. WINNER’S RESPONSIBILITY:

• As part of accepting the prize, the winner(s) agree to document their travel experience through photos, videos, and/or voice notes and share them with Twizza.
• By doing so, the winner(s) grant Twizza the right to use, edit, and share this content across its platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials, without any further compensation.
• Travel arrangements will be booked and paid for directly by Twizza.
• Winners will not receive any cash, reimbursements, or allowances.
• Twizza will determine the most suitable travel method, including flights, bus, or other transportation, based on the destination and availability.
• Any changes or additional costs beyond the allocated R10,000 per winner will be the responsibility of the winner.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

• Twizza and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, harm, loss of life, or damage to personal property that may occur during travel.
• All travel is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

8. FORCE MAJEURE:

• Twizza shall not be held responsible for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government regulations.

9. CODE OF CONDUCT:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and adhere to all laws, regulations, and instructions given by travel coordinators.

10. MEDICAL & EMERGENCY SITUATIONS:

• Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may require special attention during travel.
• Twizza is not responsible for providing medical assistance, and any medical expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.

11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

• Twizza is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during travel.
• Participants should take necessary precautions to safeguard their possessions.

12. GENERAL TERMS:

• Winners may be announced on Twizza’s official Facebook page.
• Twizza is not responsible for unauthorized access, hacking attempts, or fraudulent winner claims.
• All entries become the property of Twizza.
• Twizza is not liable for any technical malfunctions, errors, or connectivity issues affecting entries.
• Twizza’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or deferred.
• Twizza reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time.
• Winners consent to their images and videos being used for promotional purposes. Objections must be submitted in writing.
• Twizza and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, harm, or loss of life that may occur during travel, nor for any damages, losses, or claims arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
• The competition is not affiliated with Facebook or any other social media platform.
• Participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal information, which can be withdrawn by emailing marketing@twizza.co.za.
